These Terms apply to text messaging opt-ins: The carpayy text messaging program provides subscribers with marketing messages, transactional account notification messages, account updates, and other service-related notifications. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with carpayy and the SMS program(s) you choose to join.

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates.

Customers who agree to receive marketing messages and/or transactional messaging from us do so understanding that message and data rates may apply, and that message frequency may vary. Your consent to receive SMS/MMS messaging is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from us. Text HELP at any time for support or contact us by email or phone. Text STOP to opt out.

Opt-out instructions: Reply STOP to end. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be delivered from that SMS program unless you opt in again.

General terms

By participating in the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Supported carriers include most major U.S. wireless carriers, but the Service may not be available on all carriers at all times. Delivery is not guaranteed and may vary by carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll in SMS messaging.

Signing up and opting in to the service

Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and agree to these terms and conditions. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years of age, or if you do not have the permission of the account holder for the mobile number provided.

Before the Service commences, you must agree to these Terms. carpayy reserves the right to discontinue offering the Service at any time, with or without notice.

By opting into the Service, you:

• Acknowledge that you are not required to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase.
• Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or an authorized user of that number.
• Consent to receive the specific category of messages you selected at opt-in from carpayy.
• Acknowledge that message frequency may vary based on your interaction with carpayy.
• Consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. To request a paper or email copy of the opt-in at no charge, contact us at info@Carpayy.com.

Message frequency

Once you affirm your choice to opt in to the Service, your message frequency may vary depending on the SMS program you selected and your interaction with carpayy.

Charges and carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your service agreement with your wireless carrier to determine applicable fees. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, data, or other costs incurred as a result of using the Service.

carpayy may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice. carpayy and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, delivery failures, or errors in messages.

To stop the service

To stop receiving text messages from carpayy, text the word STOP to any of the text messages you have received. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation text confirming your unsubscribe request, and no further messages will be sent for that program unless you opt in again.
